Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler has a similar fashion to The Cinema Snob, but she is more inclined towards the absurdity of action movies. Her first review was around the middle of 2009, after she was popular on their forums. (Under her former handle Obscurus Lupa), she was invited to join on the Channel Awesome team. In early 2015, she stayed on the site as Obscurus Lupa Presents changed into Movie Nights. The presenter hosts two podcasts, one focused on the Charmed franchise and the other co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. She can be seen kicking ass in the role of Interpol Ninja Cheetah Lee on Ninja the Mission Force. She also appeared in Brad Jones' movie Jesus Bro! and frequently guest-starred in his show Midnight Screenings typically reviewing terrible kids' films or RiffTrax live programs and occasionally an adult-oriented comedy (including of course Baywatch (2017)). She started reviewing films in the latter half of 2009, and was soon gaining fame in channels like the Channel Awesome forums before officially being a part of the network's family of reviewers. She's appeared on numerous Channel Awesome episodes, including Atop the Fourth Wall as and Phelous & the Movies. The actress was part of Channel Awesome's Channel Awesome Family alongside Doug Walker, and she would appear often on episodes of the Nostalgia Critic.
